He was able to discover the reality from a scenario that our existing agent/advisor was unable to find (other than to refuse fund release), and he was then able to find and propose several ways to proceed . There was never any pressure or ushering us towards favored products/offer (it really is unbiased, solid financial advice he gives), and throughout this process the integrity, and trust was really reassuring.
