Chris is a truly independant expert (in our case on equity release). He was able to discover the reality from a scenario that our existing agent/advisor was unable to find (other than to refuse fund release), and he was then able to find and propose several ways to proceed . There was never any pressure or ushering us towards favored products/offer (it really is unbiased, solid financial advice he gives), and throughout this process the integrity, and trust was really reassuring. Chris constantly reminds of the big picture considerations to keep in mind and take account of. We really appreciated the fast, and effective support that Chris gave us during what was a challenging time for our family (following bereavement). I fully recommend talking to Chis. Thanks Chris!

I was experiencing extreme financial difficulties which were likely to result in me losing my home. I contacted Chris and explained my situation to him and other agencies he works with. I was impressed with the patience shown and support given and how my problems were resolved. I am an older person and the paperwork and legal side were quite complicated. Everything was explained until I completely understood how my issues could be solved and they were to my complete satisfaction.
